There are rooms for cats both in our own house and in a separate cattery bordering the forest. From the enclosed courtyard area of the cattery, kittens can watch the wild animals and birds. Wild goats, for example, roam around here every day.

The cat has its own room to crawl around, scratch and play. Through the hatch, he can go outside for a breath of fresh air. If the owner doesn’t want the cat to have access to the outdoor area, please let us know and we will close the hatch. A sandbox with sand and food and drink utensils are available on site. The cat’s own food, to which it is accustomed, should be provided, so as not to cause a sudden change in the digestive tract and cause stress. The cat will also have a pheromone diffuser (which releases a feline ‘happy hormone’ to calm the cat and reassure it that all is well) to make the room more comfortable.

At least twice a day we go out to play with the swing because someone is home all the time. If there is a need to administer medication to the animal, please let us know in advance.

The cost of the foster care service is €15/night for the owner of a Macrory foster child and €20/night for others. +25% on holidays. Cancellation 100% refund up to 2 weeks before booking, 50% up to one week before booking. Transport from your door to ours and back home is possible if needed. Immediately prior to arrival, flea control must be carried out (drops on the coat no more than a week in advance) and a worming must be given, current vaccinations. If necessary, we will carry these out ourselves.
